SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Domestic orders (orders delivered to addresses within the U.S.), if in stock, are sent by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business days after order is processed).
Shipping by USPS Express Mail or UPS are also available. Please contact us for this option.
TO JAPAN: Packages delivered to addresses in Japan are sent by USPS International Priority (5 to 10 Business days after order is processed).
Other shipping options available:
Takubin Service: Sagawa Offroad Express (4-7 days)
USPS Global Express Mail Service. (3-5 Business days).
Please contact us for alternate shipping options. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of goods.
TO ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
Destinations and charges vary. Please contact us.
Returns (refunds or exchanges) will be accepted if postmarked / sent within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be unused, in saleable condition and with original tags in tact. All items will be inspected before returns can be processed. We reserve the right to deny refund/exchange requests due to what we determine to be evidence of wear, soiled, or damaged clothing in non-saleable condition. Items will be sent back at senders' expense after notification.
No refund/exchange on Special Orders and Bulk Orders.
